Each patient is a unique individual who requires personalized dental care and treatment based on a distinct set of circumstances. Dr. Wong takes the time to get to know each patient and his or her needs, listening to concerns and answering questions in language that is easy to understand.
When a more complicated procedure is completed, such as dental implants or Pinhole Surgical Technique™, Dr. Wong takes the time to check up on his patients personally. Dr. Wong talks with each post-operative patient over the phone or sees them in his office to make sure that his patients are healing comfortably.
Dr. Wong is able to spend so much time with his patients because he never double-books appointments. Instead, Dr. Wong can thoughtfully analyze each patient’s needs, creating individualized treatment plans for optimal preventive, cosmetic and restorative dental care and treatment.
Dr. Wong respects his patients’ busy schedules, refusing to double-book appointments. Because of this, patients are not kept waiting because Dr. Wong is able to see his patients on-time during their scheduled personalized appointments.
